DESCRIPTION
This option is invoked through TaskMan's Special Queuing feature.  When
 
In order to set up this option to startup when the system/TaskMan starts,
please find the following HL7 options to create an entry
in the OPTION SCHEDULING file:
 
 STEP 1:  Taskman Management ...
 STEP 2:  Schedule/Unschedule Options
 STEP 3 (Create the following entry):
 
Select OPTION to schedule or reschedule: HL AUTOSTART LINK MANAGER
TaskMan starts through the normal startup and not through the Restart
  Are you adding 'HL AUTOSTART LINK MANAGER' as 
    a new OPTION SCHEDULING (the 12TH)? No// Y
 
 STEP 4 (And then you will enter the FileMan ScreenMan form
        as follows and you should edit the 'SPECIAL QUEUEING' field 
        to have a value of 'Startup Persistent'):

primary job of the Link Manager is to insure that an LLP is available when
messages in the Message Queue are ready to be delivered.  If there are no
existing LLPs available, the Link Manager will task off a Link
Sub-manager which in turn will become an LLP to deliver message(s) for a
specific message queue requiring a non-persistent connection.
