This Cholesterol screen reminder for males is based on the following
    five years.
 
    Goal for FY 2000: 75% of males ages 35-65 Primary Care clinic patients
    have had a blood cholesterol level check within the past five years.
"Hyperlipidemia Detection" guidelines specified in the VHA HANDBOOK
1101.8, APPENDIX A.
 
    Target Conditions: Cardiovascular Disease.
 
    Target Group: Males ages 35-65.

the patient.
