All veterans should be screened at least once in their lifetime and after 
      threat of force to have sex with you against your will?

Questions:
 
  A YES response should be documented in progress notes, the MST History
  file, and local findings that represent the MST status (e.g.,health 
  factors). A follow-up consult order for counseling should be considered 
  for the veteran.
