- Descending order
 
The output includes:
 
 - Run Date 
 - Selected sort criteria
inactive CPT codes from file #725.
 - Procedure Number
 - Procedure Name
 - CPT Code
 - CPT Inactive Date
 
You can choose to include National or Local procedures or both.
 
The report can be sorted by:
- Procedure Name
- Procedure Number
- CPT Code
