for a given income year, based on locality and number of dependents.

Geographical income level thresholds are set yearly by the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This large set of income
thresholds is usually referred to as the HUD index. The geographic based
income limits for Income Year (IY) 2018 can be found January 1, 2019 at:

"Q" at the device prompt, or the selected device has the QUEUEING Field
(#5.5) set to "FORCED" in the DEVICE File (#3.5), when the USE command is
invoked, the DEVICE has not yet been opened by the process because it's

allow a user to display the Patient's address along with Address Change
Date, Address Change Source, and Address Change Site (if applicable)
information. This option calls the EASAILK1 routine, which does a lookup
on the patient file, then, calls the standard device API (%ZIS) to open
the selected output device to output the information to. This error is
occurring because immediately after calling the device API (%ZIS), the
routine invokes the USE command to open the device to begin sending
      output to it.

update the LINK TO FILE #2 field (#3.4) in the 1010EZ HOLDING File
(#712). Since this field is a pointer to the PATIENT File, when it's
updated, FileMan calls the patient lookup, DPTLK, to validate the patient
DFN being passed in. The patient lookup checks a series of
cross-references on the patient file, one of which is the "SSN"
cross-reference. When the DFN being checked matches the initial portion
of a SSN uniquely, the IEN of this matching SSN is returned and stored as
the pointer to the PATIENT File instead of the correct IEN.

This patch fixes a subscript error that is encountered when printing the
1010EZ. It also fixes a prompt to look for a Y instead of a YES.
This patch adds code to ask the user if the patient is the correct patient
when processing the 1010EZ from the web. If not, the code
will allow the patient with the same name to be added if entered in
      double quotation marks.

      Means Test letters.

<STORE> error if there are an inordinate number of these eIV Eligibility/
