This is a patch PRS*4*17 which addresses problems with reports distributed
Supervisor's menu does not accept dates earlier than today.
with the PAID package. The reports being updated include the following:
1. Expenditures [PRSRFI-EXP], previous year totals incorrect.
2. Employee Leave Used [PRSRSU-LEV-USED], from the T&A Supervisor Menu
not displaying Doctors when all employees selected.
3. Paid T&L Report [PRSRFI-T&L-RPT], from the Payroll Main menu gets a
string too long error when there are many supervisors, timekeepers,
or ot/ct approvers in the T&L unit.
4. Option Employee Leave Requested [PRSRSU-LEV-REQ] from the T&A
