The following 3 items are included in this patch.
3.  Fix for undefined error at CCORG+15^PRSRUTL when an employee is
associated with a deleted cost center/organization in the PAID CODES
file (#454).  The error occurs while running the Employee Leave Pattern
[PRSRSU-LEV-PATR] report. 


1. The 8B Edit Checks, [PRSA EDIT], option is updated to stop
reporting errors when wage grade employees earn and use compensatory time. 

2. On the Timekeeper Main Menu, [PRSA TK MENU], the option menu text for 
the Cancel OT Request [PRSA OT CAN] option has been edited to Cancel 
OT/CT Request.
