1.  The patch repairs problems with the Employee Leave Pattern report.
    The repairs include:
    A  Doctors leave is now printed.
    B.  Supervisors of Time and Leave units with mixed Alpha numeric codes
        may now see the report.
    C.  Report makes use of a faster algorithm to find the leave taken.
    D.  Allow selection of all leave taken or only leave immediately before 
        or after days off.
