This patch accomplishes the following:
4. System will now assume all dates are past dates.
5. Prohibits the deletion of combination assignments except during the
month of October.
6. When merging two timecards, the system will now prompt to another.
7. Adds two new reports to the Timekeeping Reports Menu. Both reports
provide monthly data by organization. One report prints all organizations
for one month, the other prints up to 10 organizations for the time period
requested.
8. Corrects an error caused when a volunteer tries to log in without a
valid combination assignment.
9. Gives a warning when the birth date entered is less than five years
old. Questions user on the validity of the date.
10. Adds an ID Number field to all transmission related occasional hours
printouts.
