The NPCDB patient demographics extraction process will gather a
list of patient records to send, then transmit them in groups
over the course of seven days to avoid overloading the HL7 and
Mailman globals.
Since this process will re-queue itself to run each subsequent
day at the time you specify, it is advisable that an after-hours
(i.e. evening) run time is specified.
