P.L. 107-135. Section 121 of the bill modifies 38 USC 7454(b) to provide
weekend (i.e., Saturday and Sunday) premium pay for certain "health care
professionals". In VA terms, "hybrid employees" MUST now receive
Saturday and Sunday premium pay under title 38 rules. This change
"appl(ies) with respect to pay periods beginning on or after the date of
enactment of this Act".
This patch updates the PAID/ETA v4.0 software to ecomply with this Public Law.
