DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
This patch contains the fix necessary to correct the queuing of the reports
from the Employee Inquiry [PRSD 04 EMPLOYEE INQUIRY] option and the reports
from the Payrun Data Inquiry [PRSD 04 PAYRUN DATA INQUIRY] option. After this
patch is installed, the queued reports will include all applicable data
instead of just the header without data.
