Fixes for PAID reports.
1. Employee Leave Requested report
- Include multiple requests by employee with same From Date.
- Include all requests the overlap the report's date range.
2. Expenditures report
- Replace 'Total Earnings' by 'Gross Pay'. Fix Benefits calculation.
3. Reports that show payperiod exceptions (e.g. List Daily Exceptions)
- Improve identification of OT/CT exceptions when multiple requests.
