DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
This patch will fix issues that were caused due to patch EAS*1.0*81 
for the 1010EZ web application.
Also, the statement "A monthly amount can be entered
with an '*' after it." is taken out of the double
question mark help text for ALL OTHER INCOME
field (.17) of file INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL INCOME (408.21).
This patch also fixes the correct filing of the relation of the child
if the child is a step son or daughter.
