1. The Display Patient Alerts and Alert Recipeients [ORB3 ALERT
information is written over the previous information. This patch corrects
this problem by having the chart review information behave the same as the
other verify actions. If an action is chart reviewed, and the previous
action was not chart reviewed, the current chart review information is
used for the previous action. HD0000000268742
RECIPIENTS] option always uses the default action of 'Close' - even when
there is more than one screen of alerts. This patch modifies this
behavior so that if a screen is not the last screen of the display, the

2. The Orders tab detailed display shows the order along with the most
recent Chart Review information. However, when there is a change to the
original order, and that change has a chart review performed, the detail
