DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
This patch corrects 1 issue within the ORDER ENTRY/RESULTS REPORTING 
package:
 
1. The Patient Selection screen can be set up to display a clinic's 
   appointments for a date range. The screen will show no more than 200
   appointments. The screen does not show the user any message that the
   maximum has been reached and that some of the appointments for the date
   range are not being displayed. The appointments dropped can be from any
   part of the date range.
