The Patient Care Encounter Developers request an IA to
call the following API.

FREE^SDAMBAE6

This API is called from an action protocol in the PCE's user interface which
allows a user to create a stand alone stop code whithout lieaving PCE's
Interface.  This is so the user can get their workload credit and enter
billable data. If they were to enter this data into PCE, the data would not
get to the Scheduling package if the visit cannot be associated with the
appointment.
