DBIA1873 READ ACCESS TO FILE #721    ICR (1873)

DSS Extracts references the following data from the
EVENT CAPTURE PATIENT file (#721).

DSS checks for the existence of the EVENT CAPTURE PATIENT file (#721) to
determine if Event Capture is in use prior to performing the extract (i.e.,
global ^ECH).

DSS uses the "AC1" cross reference on the DATE/TIME OF PROCEDURE field.
Global: ^ECH("AC1",LOCATION,DATE,DA)

The Re-Engineered SPINAL CORD DYSFUNCTION application needs to acces the EVENT
CAPTURE PATIENT file (#721) for reporting purposes. Spinal Cord needs the
ability to look at a patient's CPT and ICD code history.

MHV uses the "APAT" cross reference on the Procedure IEN, Date/Time of
Procedure fields to get the IEN of Workload, ^ECH("APAT",Procedure
IEN,Date/Time of Procedure fields,Workload IEN).
