MEDICOM TECHNOLOGIES 

Added 10/1/24 effective with Patch MECH*1.0*1, a Class 2 product, requires
Read w/FileMan access to File 123, REASON FOR REQUEST (#20) and CLINICAL
PROCEDURE (#1.01) to gather data related to a Radiology order. The Medicom
ImageX app processes HL7 messages about imaging studies performed in the
community but might not be entered through VistA. The Medicom app sends a HL7
query to gather all existing orders for a specific patient in order to
determine if they 'reconcile' the imaging study. The MECH code utilizes
OER^GMRCSLM1, GMRCACN^MAGDFCNV, and RAPTREG^RAMAGU04 to determine if the
patient has any existing Radiology or Consults on file and if found gathers
data about the orders and VistA then sends the data, via HL7, back to the
Medicom app.  The presence of this Class 2 subscribers shall not prevent
modifications to the underlying artifact.
TEXT INTEGRATION UTILITIES 
Added 9/4/24, effective with patch TIU*1.0*376,
requires access to the REMOTE ORDERING PROVIDER, field .126 as part of the
Copy/Paste Tracking Report. Patch 376 corrects ICR reference for ^GMR data
access introduced by TIU*1.0*290.
