GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The entry point OBP^VBECA5 is provided by the VistA
Blood Establishment Computer Software (VBECS) package to return data found in
the BLOOD PRODUCT file (#66) in which the data found at the CAN BE REQUESTED
field (#. 15) is equal to "1". The Application Programmer Interface (API) will
create entries in the ^TMP global for the records found.

INPUT DEFINITION: None

OUTPUT DEFINITION:

For each record found to match, the function will create an entry in the ^TMP
global at the subscript ("VBECOBP",$J,NAME) where "NAME" is NAME field (#.01)
of the BLOOD PRODUCT file.

If no records in the BLOOD PRODUCT file are found to match, the function will
create no entries in the ^TMP global.

The ^TMP global will have the following structure for each entry created:
