GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This IA is between EAS and Scheduling as a temporary IA
in relation to the Clinic Waiting Time report.  This report requires the
correct enrollment date from the PATIENT ENROLLMENT File, #27.11.  Until
corrections and data cleanup are accomplished on both the Health Eligibility
Center and VistA sides, this IA will need to remain in effect.
