The Library package was decommissioned with LBR*2.5*15. This ICR was retired
with the release of the Library patch. A Beneficiary Travel patch will be
released in the future removing references to the Library package.

LOCAL SERIALS file (#680) contains the field MICROFILM COREFLS VENDOR (#2.6)
which is a pointer containing CoreFLS vendors from the LOCAL VENDOR file
(#392.31).
Through the Library application when entering a MICROFILM COREFLS VENDOR, if
the query to CoreFLS is made to enter a new vendor to the LOCAL VENDOR file,
then the routine DGBTCSL is executed that will add the new vendor to the LOCAL
VENDOR file and add the entry to the MICROFILM COREFLS VENDOR field.
This agreement allows the routine DGBTCSL of the Beneficiary Travel package
which controls the LOCAL VENDOR file of CoreFLS vendors with the ability to
update the MICROFILM COREFLS VENDOR from the DGBTFLS routine.
