list of eligible patients must be built upon install of the patches that make
up this project. There are various criteria used to determine eligibility, and
part of this process involves retrieving appointment information from the
PATIENT (#2) file, which is what the SDPHARM routine does.

beginning with the subscript XTMP("SDPSO145".
