Use of ICR 5810 will allow eHMP to include the clinical
observations from the CLINICAL PROCEDURES Package. eHMP is using the national
cross-references to select and process data. Use of this ICR will improve
efficiency and aid in maintenance of the code.

HMP v.2.0 accesses the OBS_ID (#.01), PARENT_ID (#.02), FACILITY_ID (#.03),
HOSPITAL_LOCATION_ID (#.04), OBSERVED_DATE_TIME (#.05), OBSERVED_BY_ID (#.06),
TERM_ID (#.07), PATIENT_ID (#.08), STATUS (#.09), SVALUE (#.1), SOURCE (#.21),
SOURCE_COMMENTS (#.22), SOURCE_DATA_ITEM_ID (#.23), SOURCE_VERSION (#.24),
ENTERED_DATE_TIME (#.25), ENTERED_BY_ID (#.26), CHILD_ORDER (#.27), RANGE
(#.28), and COMMENT (#.4)fields and the 'AS', 'ASTATUS', 'PK', and 'PT' cross
references.

HMP's subscription to this ICR expired on 10/27/17 with the shutdown of HMP.
HMP*2.0*12 released on 10/17/17 is an informational patch outlining the steps
for the sites to shut down the application.

If HMP is reactivated in the future, the HMP project team should review the
access provided by this ICR with the custodial application before reactivating
HMP's subscription to this ICR. See VistA Document Library for list of retired
HMP ICRs.
