GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This is a new API developed for PCMMR that will return
details regarding the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and other team
assignments (Mental Health, Specialty, OEF/OIF/OND) for a patient. This
information will be retrieved from PCMMR and displayed when a user clicks on
the PCMM "button" on the CPRS header.
