SCMC PCMM/R GET PRIMARY CARE SUMMARY

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This is a new API developed for PCMMR that will return
Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) summary data for a patient.  This information
will include site name, PACT name, Primary Care Provider (PCP) and Associate
Provider (AP) names.  PCMMR will keep this data current.  It will be stored in
the Outpatient Profile (404.41) file in the CPRS Header Text (.06) field.

from PCMMR.  It returns a string of data to be displayed on line 1 of the CPRS
PCMM header.

ORDER ENTRY/RESULTS REPORTING

The CPRS RPC "ORWPT1 PRCARE" will call this API to
retrieve PACT assignment summary data.  The data will be displayed on the
first line of the CPRS PCMM header.  VistA will continue to be the source for
information in lines 2 (inpatient) and 3 (mental health) of the CPRS PCMM
header.
