MBAA Read Access to Recall Reminders Providers File    ICR (6158)

The Scheduling Calendar View Mobile App (MBAA
namespace) needs to read the Recall Reminders Providers File (#403.54) to look
up what security keys are required for a provider to use the recall reminders.

This is used by the MBAA RPC MBAA REMOVE FROM RECALL LIST, in routine
MBAARPC1, line tag REMREC. A FileMan read is made to the file to get the
security key (Field #6, KEY) needed for a user to enter or edit a recall
reminder for the specified provider.
