Update fields (#309) and (#302) in file #44

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

To support delivery of the Insurance Verification
Processor (IVP) project, which is part of Integrated Billing application,
access to the fields (#309) and (#302) in the file #44 is requested in order
to check-in the patient for a given appointment.  Both fields (#309)
CHECKED-IN  and  (#302) CHECK IN USER of the file (#44) will be updated by the
FileMan call, which is made by IVP RPC "IBVP CHECKIN APPOINTMENT "  at the
time when IVP user check in the patient in IVP web application.
