GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Enterprise Health MGMT Platform (HMP) is accessing
the Hospital Location file (#44) to retrieve a list of all active clinics. HMP
builds a list containing the IEN for the entry and the Name (.01). HMP loops
thru the B cross reference to get each entry, then checks the Type field (2)
and if the location is designated as a clinic it is added to the list. This
list is then synced with the HMP JDS database.
