a. the item is an inventory item for both the primary and the secondary
inventory points.
b. that the primary inventory point is listed as the source of that item for
the secondary inventory point.
c. that the primary inventory's unit of issue and unit of issue package
multiple values are the same as the secondary inventory point's unit of
receipt and unit of receipt package multiple.
