GENERAL DESCRIPTION

VistA Imaging provides a routine type entry point that
will build and broadcast HL7 ADT A08 Patient Information Update messages to
subscribers of ADT messages.

A HL7 ADT A47 Change Patient Identifier List message will also be built and
broadcast for each SSN change.
