Added 9/20/19 - Mental Health's Suicide Prevention
Project will be adding new functionality in patch YS*5.01*135 that will allow
providers to view key metrics in assessing high risk patients. One of these
metrics is the patient's last outpatient encounter at a mental health clinic,
using the ^SCE("ADFN" index to look through the encounters.
