Added 11/1/21 VEText (VETEX) is working with OCTO/OVAC
on a project to replace kiosk hardware with a mobile experience through a
web-application. We need this RPC to check in the patient.

VISTA INTEGRATION ADAPTOR |
11/29/21: Added VIA as a Subscriber to ICR 7067. MBAA
is supporting Somnoware sleep study Application, utilizing VIA services.
Mobile Applications Scheduling Application Suite is using this RPC through the
VistA Integration Adaptor's VIAB namespace, for a new Application under
development, planned for VIAB*1.0*23. (VIA Java code released separate from
VistA patch).
