SDECAPTID	Input	Appointment file (#409.84) pointer. REQUIRED
SDECNS	Input	Set to 1 for no show and 0 to cancel no show. REQUIRED
USERIEN	Input	User (pointer to #200) who entered no show. OPTIONAL If blank, the current user's DUZ is used.
SDECDATE	Input	Date/time in external format of the no show. OPTIONAL. If blank, the date/time is set to now.
SOURCE	Input	Application source. See the set of codes associated with field #1 of the Application Events file (#409.94). OPTIONAL. If blank, "Other" is applied. Note: This field first appears in patch SD5.3715.
