The protocol, SDAM PCE EVENT is attached to PXK VISIT
DATA EVENT, its Entry Action is D EN^SDPCE. In patch PX*1*211, the call to
EN^SDPCE is moved from PXK VISIT DATE EVENT to a direct call in the routine
EVENT^PXKMAIN. To facilitate and document the move the Description and Entry
Point of SDAM PCE EVENT need to be edited. This ICR allows PCE to make these
edits using FILE^DIE as part of the post-init of PX*1.0*211.
