GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
Patch VPR*1*28 will use CREIXN^DDMOD to add a new
regular 'ADP' index to the POSITION ASSIGNMENT HISTORY (#404.52) file, to sort
assignments by Effective Date and Team Position. This cross reference will be
used by VPR to track PCMM team position provider changes to keep VPR and PCMM
synchronized.

This agreement permits the VPR application to create the new index and use it
in a nightly job to find position assignments that have changed that day.
