GENERAL DESCRIPTION

VTEX will use this as part of the CHECK-IN/KIOSK
replacement project. VSIP is the Veteran Scheduling InteroPerability web-based
solution. The SDEC APPSDGET will be used to get the veterans appointments.

This RPC is due to be deprecated in April of 2023.  All consumers will need to
transition to the appropriate Enterprise Appointment Service (EAS) web service
to replace this functionality by that time.
