tag, type and text) from the SDEC CANCELLATION COMMENT file (#409.88).

This RPC is due to be deprecated in April of 2023.  All consumers will need to
transition to the appropriate Enterprise Appointment Service (EAS) web service
to replace this functionality by that time.
