This call is used to get patient relation, individual
annual income, and income relation arrays of internal entry numbers for the
veteran, spouse, and dependents at the time of the veteran's means test.

VARIABLES	TYPE	VARIABLES DESCRIPTION
DFN	Input	DFN points to the patient in file #2.
DGTYPE	Input	DGTYPE is the type of relation which can indicate veteran, spouse, dependent children, all dependents.
DGDT	Input	DGDT is the date on which the arrays should be located.
DGRTY	Input	DGRTY is the type of array which can indicate patient relation, individual annual income, and income relation.
DGMT	Input	DGMT points to the means test in file #408.31.
DGREL	Output	DGREL is the patient relation IEN array.
DGINC	Output	DGINC is the individual annual income IEN array.
DGINR	Output	DGINR is the income relation IEN array.
DGDEP	Output	DGDEP is the number of dependents.
