VPREVNT contains various line tags to be used by other
VistA applications without event protocols to notify VPR of new or modified
data.
These hooks were exported in the VPR*1*3 patch bundle which was never released
to the field; it was, however, posted to OSEHRA as code-in-flight and as such
are being documented here. The patches referenced with each subscriber were
