DESCRIPTION: This field indicates whether the procedure reference is ACCESSIBLE or INACCESSIBLE.
ACCESSIBLE means that the procedure reference can be retrieved by imaging database methods and may have "child" study references that are cross referenced to this procedure reference.
INACCESSIBLE means that the procedure reference will not be retrieved by imaging database methods and will not have ACCESSIBLE "child" procedure references.
