This file contains a small amount of static data. Entries are entered and removed as Reminder Geriatric Extended Care Dialogs are processed by the CPRS GUI. Its main purpose is to keep track of and supply an Encounter Date/Time to the GUI interface so that the date/time can be added later to fields in the V HEALTH FACTOR file.

There are 4 reminder dialogs used in the Geriatric Extended Care program. This field holds one of 4 possible entries representing the dialog that is being used. The possibilities are GEC1,GEC2,GEC3 and GECF.

DESCRIPTION:
This field temporarily saves the internal entry number of the Text Integration Utilities (TIU) note that is being written on when selections are being made in the Geriatric Extended Care dialogs.
HELP-PROMPT: This field is the user who is entering the GEC data into the GEC dialogs.
DESCRIPTION:
This field contains a pointer to the NEW PERSON file or file 200. It represents the user who enter the data into the GEC dialog referenced in the IDENTIFY field.
