DIRECTIONS |
1) STEAM POTATOES UNTIL JUST TENDER. DRAIN EXCESS LIQUID. RETAIN
FOR STEP 3. CHILL UNTIL READY FOR USE.
2) RECONSTITUTE GREEN PEPPERS.
3) ADD PEPPERS, TOGETHER WITH PIMIENTOS AND BLACK PEPPER, TO
POTATOES; MIX TO DISTRIBUTE.
4) SPREAD LAYER OF POTATOES ON GREASED GRILL; FRY ON BOTH SIDES
UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
