This patch removes checks of the AUTOMATED INVENTORY (GIP) field (#2)
in the PROSTHETIC SITE PARAMETERS (#669.9) file and INVENTORY FLAG field
(#10) in the PROSTHETIC HCPCS (#661.1) file.
DSSO*2.0*5 contains enhancements and maintenance to DSSO*2*0 and
corresponds to executable DSSAPAT 2.4.3. The main enhancements delivered
by this patch are modifications to the HL7 extract and the Duplicate
Appliance Transaction (DAT) Prepopulator and involves conversion of dates
to HL7 format.
