SCHEDULING

Added 10/18/22, effective with Patch SD*5.3*827 in
which a new RPC 'SDES GET TIU DOC BY CONTEXT'  is created that needs to
retrieve TIU data tied to the location/clinic ID. One of the input parameters
of the RPC is the CLASS IEN. Before retrieving the TIU data, the new RPC needs
to validate the existence of the CLASS IEN in TIU DOCUMENT DEFINITION File
#8925.1 in order to successfully retrieve the TIU DATA.
