This cross reference contains entries of the
REQUEST/CONSULTATION file sorted by DATE OF REQUEST that do not have an
appointment scheduled. This is determined based on the content and order of
the entries in the REQUEST PROCESSING ACTIVITY multiple field 40. This cross
reference will be updated with any update to the ACTIVITY field under the
REQUEST PROCESSING ACTIVITY multiple and that update will be determined based
on all REQUEST PROCESSING ACTIVITY entries. A Global read will be used to
access the cross reference. The "AG" cross reference is part of GMRC*3.0*83.
