HOME BASED PRIMARY CARE	Added 6/8/21, Effective with HBH1.032. Home Based Primary Care (HBPC - formerly known as HOSPITAL BASED HOME CARE) contains a "parent site" multiple field in the HBHC SYSTEM PARAMETERS (#631.9) file. The parent sites must be predefined in the MEDICAL CENTER DIVISION (#40.8) file. Transmission logic to AITC will determine the parent site for patients and visits from the INSTITUTION FILE POINTER (#.07) field. The station number of that parent site is transmitted to AITC.
AUTOMATED LAB INSTRUMENTS	Added 11/15/23, effective with LA5.2104 patch (and LR5.2568), to be released in early 2024 by the HDSO Sustainment Project team. The AUTOMATED LAB INSTRUMENTS package will enable sites to specify a reporting facility for Point of Care (POC) results if the default reporting facility is not correct. Parameter LR POC REPORTING LAB may be defined by SYSTEM or DIVISION using a pointer to the MEDICAL CENTER DIVISION file (#40.8) to get the value from the INSTITUTION FILE POINTER (#.07) field in file #40.8 so that routine LRVRPOC can determine a division's institution.
