Field # Name Loc Type Details
.01 IMAGE 0;1 POINTER TO IMAGE FILE (#2005)
************************REQUIRED FIELD************************
IMAGE(#2005)

  • LAST EDITED:  MAR 12, 2002
  • DESCRIPTION:
    The value of this field is a pointer to the image file. This entry in the SEND queue is intended to cause transmission of files for the image that is indicated by this pointer.
  • RECORD INDEXES:  DEST (#203)
1 DESTINATION 0;2 VARIABLE POINTER
************************REQUIRED FIELD************************
NETWORK LOCATION(#2005.2)  USER APPLICATION(#2006.585)  DICOM TRANSMIT DESTINATION(#2006.587)

  • LAST EDITED:  MAR 12, 2002
  • HELP-PROMPT:  Enter the name of the destination to which images are to be transmitted.
  • DESCRIPTION:  The value of this field is a "Variable Pointer".
    The pointer may reference either an entry in either File 2005.2 (Imaging Network Location) or File 2006.585 (DICOM User Application).
    When pointing to File 2005.2, images will be transmitted using a host-system copy protocol; when pointing to File 2006.585, images will be transmitted using the DICOM protocol.
  • RECORD INDEXES:  DEST (#203), STS (#204)
2 TYPE 0;3 SET
************************REQUIRED FIELD************************
  • 'ABSTRACT' FOR ABSTRACT;
  • 'FULL' FOR FULL;
  • 'BIG' FOR BIG;
  • 'TEXT' FOR TEXT;
  • 'DICOM' FOR DICOM;

  • LAST EDITED:  MAR 12, 2002
  • DESCRIPTION:
    This field identifies the kind of file that is to be transmitted. Currently 5 possible types exist (Abstract, Full, Big, Text and DICOM).
  • RECORD INDEXES:  DEST (#203)
3 STATUS 1;1 SET
  • 'WAITING' FOR WAITING;
  • 'SENDING' FOR SENDING;
  • 'SENT' FOR SENT;
  • 'FAILED' FOR FAILED;

  • LAST EDITED:  MAR 12, 2002
  • DESCRIPTION:  The value of this field indicates the status of the queue-entry. Normally, an entry goes through three stages: First, the status is "WAITING". When the queue-processor starts working on the current file, the status will
    become "SENDING". When the file has been transmitted, the status will change to "SENT".
    When a transmission fails, the queue processor will make a number of additional attempts to transmit the file. If all attempts remain unsuccessful, the status will be changed to "FAILED".
    There is a menu option to "re-queue" entries with a status of "FAILED".
  • RECORD INDEXES:  DEST (#203), STS (#204)
4 PRIORITY 1;2 NUMBER

  • INPUT TRANSFORM:  K:+X'=X!(X>999)!(X<1)!(X?.E1"."1N.N) X
  • LAST EDITED:  MAR 12, 2002
  • HELP-PROMPT:  Enter a number that represents the priority (normal is 500).
  • DESCRIPTION:  This field indicates the relative priority of the entry in the queue. Normally, all entries have priority 500. The software may assign a low priority (250) or a high priority (750). In the future further refinement of
    these priorities is expected.
  • RECORD INDEXES:  STS (#204)
5 TIME IN 1;3 DATE
************************REQUIRED FIELD************************

  • INPUT TRANSFORM:  S %DT="ESTXR" D ^%DT S X=Y K:Y<1 X
  • LAST EDITED:  SEP 21, 1998
  • DESCRIPTION:
    The value of this field is a time-stamp that identifies the date and time on which the entry was added to the queue.
6 TIME OUT 1;4 DATE

  • INPUT TRANSFORM:  S %DT="ESTXR" D ^%DT S X=Y K:Y<1 X
  • LAST EDITED:  SEP 21, 1998
  • DESCRIPTION:
    The value of this field is a time stamp that identifies when the entry in the queue was processed (status changed to either SENT or FAILED).
7 MECHANISM 0;4 SET
  • '1' FOR MS-DOS Copy;
  • '2' FOR DICOM Send;

  • LAST EDITED:  DEC 22, 1999
  • HELP-PROMPT:  Enter a code for the method of transmission.
  • DESCRIPTION:
    The value of this field is a code that indicates how files are to be transmitted to the remote location. Possible methods of transmission are "MS-DOS copy" and "DICOM copy".
8 ORIGIN 0;5 POINTER TO INSTITUTION FILE (#4)
************************REQUIRED FIELD************************
INSTITUTION(#4)

  • LAST EDITED:  MAR 12, 2002
  • HELP-PROMPT:  Enter the location from which this image originates.
  • DESCRIPTION:  The value of this field is a pointer (to the Institution file, #4). The institution that is identified by this value is the place where the image "comes from". In the context of auto-routing, the image "comes from" the
    place where it is permanently stored.
  • RECORD INDEXES:  STS (#204)
9 TRANSACTION ID 0;6 FREE TEXT

  • INPUT TRANSFORM:  K:$L(X)>30!($L(X)<1) X
  • LAST EDITED:  JUN 24, 2003
  • HELP-PROMPT:  Enter an identification for the transaction to which this file belongs.
  • DESCRIPTION:  The value of this field is a string that identifies the transaction to which this file belongs.
    A transaction typically corresponds to a "study", a group of images that are to be manipulated as a unit.
  • CROSS-REFERENCE:  2006.035^ID
    1)= S ^MAGQUEUE(2006.035,"ID",$E(X,1,30),DA)=""
    2)= K ^MAGQUEUE(2006.035,"ID",$E(X,1,30),DA)
    This cross-reference keeps track of which files belong to which transactions (studies).
