Description

This file contains information regarding who, when and why the prohibition on a order for clozapine was overridden member of the team. Because of the nature of this drug and the restrictions placed upon dispensing it, all fields in this file are not to be edited through the VA FileManager, but are to be set ONLY through the order entry options of the inpatient pharmacy package.
