DIRECTIONS |
1) RINSE BEANS, COVER WITH COLD WATER AND SOAK OVERNIGHT.
2) DRAIN SOAKED BEANS AND DISTRIBUTE SALT PORK EVENLY OVER BEANS.
3) RECONSTITUTE ONIONS. COMBINE WITH MOLASSES, MUSTARD, SUGAR,
CATSUP, SALT AND COLD WATER AND MIX THOROUGHLY. POUR
OVER BEANS.
4) DISTRIBUTE TAP WATER OVER BEANS.
5) SEAL PANS WITH ALUMINUM FOIL. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 3 HOURS.
6) REMOVE FOIL AND CONTINUE COOKING, STIRRING EVERY HOUR FOR
4-1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL BEANS ARE COOKED.
